Introduction

AmarthaLink, a fast‑growing fintech platform dedicated to empowering micro‑entrepreneurs across Indonesia, is looking for a dynamic Agent Partner – Sales Akuisisi to join our team in Kebumen. This role is pivotal in expanding our network of local agents who will deliver our innovative financial services to underserved communities. The successful candidate will combine strong sales acumen with a passion for community development, helping us meet aggressive acquisition targets while ensuring high‑quality partner relationships.

The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, and requires a hands‑on, field‑oriented approach. Candidates must be comfortable traveling within their assigned territory, conducting face‑to‑face meetings, and delivering training sessions to new agents.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new AmarthaLink agents in Kebumen, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly acquisition targets.
  • Conduct comprehensive outreach programs, including presentations, workshops, and one‑on‑one consultations to educate potential agents on the benefits and operational mechanisms of the AmarthaLink platform.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with existing agents, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly, and facilitating smooth daily operations.
  • Provide hands‑on training and ongoing support on system usage, product features, compliance requirements, and best‑practice sales techniques.
  • Monitor agents’ transaction volumes, performance metrics, and adherence to operational standards, intervening with corrective actions when necessary.
  • Analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and demographic data to develop targeted strategies for agent network growth.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports detailing acquisition progress, agent performance, market insights, and any challenges encountered.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and compliance teams to align field activities with broader company initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 12 months of proven experience in sales acquisition within PPOB, SaaS, telecommunications, retail, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong familiarity with the Kebumen area and surrounding districts; ownership of a reliable motorcycle and a valid SIM C.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in simple, persuasive language.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in the field, manage a personal pipeline, and meet deadlines.
