The successful candidate will work from a dedicated store location (no traveling required) and will be the face of Home Credit Indonesia, guiding shoppers through the payment process, promoting our financing products, and building lasting relationships that drive both customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Actively offer Home Credit Indonesia payment solutions to customers visiting the store, explaining product features, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms.
  • Utilize social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to promote financing offers, share success stories, and engage with the local community.
  • Provide step‑by‑step assistance to customers during the application and payment process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and daily transaction reports using the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with store managers and fellow crew members to achieve monthly sales targets and improve overall store performance.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on product updates, regulatory changes, and industry trends to confidently answer customer inquiries.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and sales workshops to continuously enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Uphold the brand image by presenting a professional appearance, wearing the provided uniform, and adhering to Home Credit’s service standards.
  • Identify opportunities for cross‑selling additional Home Credit services such as personal loans or credit cards, contributing to higher revenue per customer.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, common objections, and suggestions for improving the in‑store experience.

Requirements

  • Age: 18 – 40 years old.
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Gender: All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Experience: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with prior sales experience in retail or financial services.
  • Professional appearance and strong personal grooming.
  • Own an Android smartphone for accessing internal apps and social media tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset to assess sales data and customer needs.
  • Ability to work independently during store hours (11:00 – 20:00) with a fixed schedule, Tuesday through Sunday.
  • Customer‑service orientation, problem‑solving attitude, and a willingness to learn.
