Introduction
The Mitra Collection Back End (MCBE) – Sei Rampah position is a critical role within our multifinance division, focused on managing overdue accounts receivable (A/R) and supporting branch operations in handling difficult partner accounts. This full‑time, flexible‑schedule role offers a dynamic work environment where you will interact directly with customers, negotiate payment solutions, and help protect the financial health of the organization. Responsibilities
- Oversee the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue A/R, ensuring timely and accurate follow‑up on delinquent payments.
- Conduct on‑site visits to borrowers and partners to discuss payment plans, resolve disputes, and recover outstanding balances.
- Collaborate closely with branch managers and credit analysts to identify high‑risk accounts and develop remediation strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets set by senior management, reporting progress and variances.
- Execute the retrieval of assets or units from customers who fail to meet repayment obligations, coordinating with legal and asset‑recovery teams.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all collection activities in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal policies.
- Provide feedback to the credit underwriting department on recurring issues, helping to refine risk‑assessment models.
- Participate in regular training sessions on credit‑risk management, negotiation techniques, and regulatory updates.
Requirements
- Open to candidates with no prior experience; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Minimum age of 18 years; maximum age limit of 65 years.
- Male applicants (as per current operational policy).
- Understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong orientation toward meeting targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate calmly and persuasively.
- High integrity, resilience, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty in all dealings.
- Possession of an SPPI (Surat Pengantar Penjaminan Izin) card is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, credit processing, debt‑collection procedures, and interpersonal communication.
- Flexible work hours: Monday through Sunday, 08:00 – 16:00, with the possibility of shift adjustments to meet collection needs.
