Introduction

PT Armada Auto Tara, a leading Daihatsu dealer in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Representative for its Depok showroom. This full‑time position offers a vibrant work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:30 – 17:30, allowing you to engage directly with customers and contribute to the brand’s growth in a fast‑moving automotive market.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with existing and prospective customers, delivering exceptional after‑sales service.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new and used Daihatsu vehicles, as well as ancillary products such as financing, insurance, and accessories.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager, highlighting key performance metrics and market feedback.
  • Develop and execute engaging social‑media content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan promotional events, test‑drive days, and community outreach programs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, feeding insights back to the product development and sales strategy teams.
  • Maintain a well‑organized showroom, ensuring vehicles are presented professionally and all marketing collateral is up‑to‑date.
  • Assist the finance department in guiding customers through loan applications and insurance options, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Preferably at least 1 year of experience in automotive sales, marketing, or a related customer‑facing role.
  • Ownership of a personal motorbike for local travel and customer visits.
  • Proficiency in creating compelling content for social media platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate and close sales.
  • Team‑oriented mindset, capable of working under pressure to meet sales targets.
  • Gender: Open to all candidates.
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and occasionally abroad for training, dealer events, or promotional trips.
