Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and results‑driven Sales Acquisition Professionals to join our expanding team in the Kabupaten Kupang region. As a Sales Akuisisi Merchant EDC, you will play a pivotal role in introducing our state‑of‑the‑art Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machines to micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM). This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will directly contribute to the digital transformation of local businesses while achieving personal sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive canvassing of UMKM across Kabupaten Kupang, presenting the benefits of our EDC solutions and securing new merchant partnerships.
  • Achieve a daily sales target of 2‑3 EDC units by identifying prospects, delivering product demonstrations, and closing sales.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
  • Provide comprehensive product training and after‑sales support to merchants, ensuring seamless onboarding and usage.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and emerging trends to inform sales tactics.
  • Prepare accurate daily and weekly sales reports, tracking key performance indicators such as conversion rates and revenue generated.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align promotional activities and resolve any logistical challenges.
  • Uphold the company’s brand image by delivering professional, courteous, and ethical service in every customer interaction.
  • Utilize a personal two‑wheel vehicle and active SIM C to travel efficiently across the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a sales role, preferably within financial services, technology, or retail equipment.
  • All genders are welcome; the role values diversity and inclusion.
  • Valid and active SIM C driving license.
  • Own a reliable two‑wheel motor vehicle for daily territory coverage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of managing time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Basic analytical abilities to interpret sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional overtime during promotional periods.
