Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Kurir Motor (Motorcycle Courier) to join our fast‑growing delivery team covering the Kemiling and Tanjung Karang Barat areas. As a key member of our logistics network, you will ensure that parcels, documents, and time‑critical shipments reach our customers promptly and in perfect condition. Responsibilities
- Pick up packages and documents from our regional hub or partner locations and deliver them to the designated recipients within the assigned zones.
- Plan and optimize daily delivery routes using GPS and company routing software to maximize efficiency and meet delivery windows.
- Verify shipment details, collect signatures, and record delivery confirmations on a handheld device or mobile app.
- Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of the company‑provided motorcycle, performing routine checks on fuel, tires, brakes, and lights.
- Communicate proactively with dispatchers and customers regarding any delivery issues, delays, or special handling instructions.
- Handle cash‑on‑delivery (COD) transactions securely, ensuring accurate cash handling and timely reporting.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to protect yourself, the vehicle, and the cargo.
- Assist with loading and unloading parcels, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous, professional, and responsive to customer inquiries.
- Report any accidents, vehicle issues, or incidents to management immediately and complete required documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 40 years old.
- Gender: open to all genders.
- Valid motorcycle driving license (A or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
- No prior experience required; however, previous courier or logistics experience is a plus.
- Strong time‑management and organizational skills to meet tight delivery schedules.
- Basic proficiency with mobile navigation tools and delivery tracking applications.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Physical stamina to load, unload, and transport packages of varying sizes.
- Reliability, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility for the goods entrusted to you.
