Responsibilities
- Maintain daily cleanliness of office spaces, including workstations, meeting rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
- Perform routine waste collection, segregation, and disposal in accordance with company sustainability policies.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other consumables, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
- Assist in setting up and tearing down rooms for events, meetings, and presentations, guaranteeing a tidy and functional environment.
- Support facilities staff with minor maintenance tasks such as light bulb replacement, minor repairs, and reporting larger issues to the maintenance team.
- Coordinate with security personnel to ensure that all entry points remain clean and free of hazards.
- Uphold the company’s hygiene standards by performing regular inspections and promptly addressing any cleanliness concerns.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with staff, guests, and vendors, providing courteous assistance whenever required.
- Adhere to the company’s health and safety guidelines, including the proper use of cleaning equipment and personal protective equipment.
Requirements
- Male candidates up to 25 years of age; however, all genders are welcome to apply.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Ability to perform the five daily prayers on time, reflecting personal discipline and reliability.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Creative mindset and willingness to suggest improvements in cleaning processes.
- Non‑smoker with a clean personal record.
- Honest, trustworthy, and capable of handling responsibilities with integrity.
- Resilient and mentally strong, able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Passion for football or team sports, reflecting teamwork and camaraderie.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene management and cleaning techniques.
- Flexible to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
