Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Mitra Collection Back End (MCBE) professional to join our team in Blang Pidie. This role is a vital component of our multifinance operations, focusing on the effective management of overdue accounts receivable (A/R) and the recovery of delinquent loan units. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the timely execution of A/R overdue collection activities, ensuring that all delinquent accounts are pursued according to company policy.
- Conduct on‑site visits to borrowers for direct collection efforts, documenting interactions and outcomes in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with branch offices to identify and resolve issues with problematic partners, providing support for dispute resolution and repayment plans.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets set by senior management, continuously monitoring performance against key metrics.
- Initiate and execute the withdrawal of assets or units from high‑risk customers, following legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, including call logs, visit reports, and payment arrangements, to ensure audit readiness.
- Provide feedback to the credit underwriting team on emerging risk trends and borrower behavior patterns.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on collection best practices, regulatory changes, and internal policy updates.
Requirements
- Open to candidates of any educational background; all levels are considered.
- Male candidates only, aged 18 – 65 years.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with borrowers.
- High levels of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Possession of an SPPI (Surat Pemberitahuan Penagihan Intern) card is a plus but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work a schedule of 08:00 – 16:00, Monday through Sunday, with the possibility of adjusting hours to meet collection needs.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, loan processing, debt recovery, and interpersonal communication.
