Introduction
PT. Prima Clean Services, a trusted partner of Universitas Negeri Solo (UNS), is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Petugas Kebersihan Area UNS Solo. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for students, faculty, and visitors across the campus and its affiliated restaurant facilities. The successful candidate will become an integral part of a professional cleaning crew, contributing to the overall health and hygiene standards that support the university’s academic mission.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation duties in classrooms, laboratories, offices, hallways, restrooms, and the campus restaurant, ensuring all areas meet the university’s strict cleanliness standards.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and waste disposal units safely and efficiently.
- Collect, segregate, and dispose of waste according to environmental regulations and the campus’s recycling program.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any maintenance or safety concerns and report them promptly to the supervisory team.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces, ensuring timely preparation before lectures, seminars, and campus functions.
- Adhere to the three‑shift schedule (morning, afternoon, night) and be prepared for overtime when special cleaning projects arise.
- Maintain accurate logs of cleaning activities, supplies used, and any incidents, supporting transparent operational tracking.
- Uphold a professional demeanor, interacting courteously with students, staff, and external visitors while representing PT. Prima Clean Services positively.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 35 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in office cleaning, building maintenance, or similar roles (OB/CS experience preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced restaurant environment and adapt to varied cleaning tasks.
- Willingness to work three rotating shifts and overtime when required.
- Strong adherence to hygiene and safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Good communication skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- Physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks, lift moderate loads, and stand for extended periods.
