Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Officer Kredit Marketing (Kemitraan) to join our dynamic team in DKI Jakarta. This role focuses on expanding our customer base for financing solutions, primarily for motorcycles and related products. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced, field‑oriented environment, building strong relationships with dealers and end‑customers while driving sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new customers for financing products such as motorcycle loans and other consumer credit offerings.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with automobile dealers, motorcycle showrooms, and individual borrowers.
- Guide applicants through the entire credit process, from initial submission to final disbursement, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Conduct on‑site feasibility surveys and creditworthiness assessments when required, gathering necessary documentation.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports, tracking leads, conversions, and pipeline status.
- Collaborate with the marketing and underwriting teams to refine product offerings and improve customer experience.
- Participate in regular field visits, promotional events, and dealer workshops to increase brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age limit: up to 35 years old.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in credit sales, financial services, or related marketing roles.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financing terms in simple language.
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new people daily.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a high level of personal drive and resilience.
- Willingness to work in the field; a personal vehicle and a valid SIM C are considered a plus.
- Key soft skills: effective negotiation, relationship building, problem‑solving, and ethical conduct.
- Technical abilities: familiarity with marketing tools, credit assessment software, and basic data entry.
