Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit short‑form and long‑form video content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with copywriters, graphic designers, and social media managers to create cohesive multimedia packages.
- Apply advanced editing techniques in Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and CapCut to enhance visual storytelling.
- Stay up‑to‑date with TikTok’s algorithm, FYP trends, and emerging formats to maximize organic reach.
- Lead the end‑to‑end production workflow, from concept briefing and storyboarding to final delivery and archiving.
- Maintain a well‑organized media library, ensuring proper naming conventions, backups, and metadata tagging.
- Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to junior editors and interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Conduct quality control checks on all video assets to guarantee technical standards (resolution, color grading, audio mix).
- Analyze performance metrics of published videos and suggest iterative improvements based on audience data.
- Prepare and present weekly production reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and resource needs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMK/DKV, Multimedia, or an equivalent diploma; high school graduates are also considered with strong portfolios.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in video production, photography, or related fields.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and CapCut; additional expertise in DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro is a plus.
- Solid understanding of content creation pipelines, from pre‑production planning to post‑production delivery.
- Deep knowledge of TikTok’s algorithm, “For You Page” dynamics, and best practices for creating FYP‑worthy content.
- Ability to spot and apply the latest visual and audio trends across social platforms.
- Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator) are advantageous for creating motion graphics and thumbnails.
- Creative mindset, strong problem‑solving abilities, and excellent teamwork orientation.
- Must possess a valid BI (Background Investigation) check.
