We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Officer Kredit Marketing to join our expanding team in the Banjarmasin region. As a key member of our credit marketing division, you will play an essential role in promoting our financing solutions, building strong relationships with prospective borrowers, and ensuring the health of our loan portfolio. This full‑time position offers a structured work week from Monday to Saturday, with working hours of 08:00‑17:00, providing a stable environment for professional growth in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities
- Actively offer and promote a range of financing products to individuals and small‑to‑medium enterprises, tailoring solutions to meet each client’s unique needs.
- Conduct thorough credit analyses, evaluating financial statements, cash flow projections, and repayment capacity to determine loan eligibility.
- Perform on‑site surveys and visits to customer premises, verifying business operations, collateral, and market conditions.
- Collect, organize, and verify all required documentation for credit applications, ensuring completeness and compliance with internal policies.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of the credit portfolio, identifying early warning signals and recommending corrective actions.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with existing and potential borrowers, acting as a trusted advisor for their financing needs.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, credit risk metrics, and market feedback for senior management.
- Collaborate with the underwriting, legal, and collections teams to streamline the loan approval process and resolve any issues swiftly.
- Stay up‑to‑date with regional economic trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that could impact credit operations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a diploma or degree in finance, economics, or business is a plus.
- Maximum age: 35 years.

- Entry‑level experience acceptable; fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply.
