Introduction
The Mitra Collection Back End (MCBE) position in Bireun is a pivotal role within our multifinance operations, focusing on the efficient management of overdue accounts receivable (A/R). This role is open to candidates of any educational background, with a primary emphasis on strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and a results‑driven mindset. As a member of the collection team, you will work closely with branch offices, field agents, and senior management to ensure timely recovery of delinquent loans while maintaining respectful relationships with our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the entire overdue A/R collection process, ensuring all actions are completed within established timelines.
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers for direct collection efforts, employing tactful negotiation techniques to secure payment commitments.
- Support branch teams by providing timely information and assistance in handling problematic partners and high‑risk accounts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets set by the company, contributing to overall portfolio health.
- Execute the retrieval of assets or units linked to delinquent accounts, coordinating with legal and asset recovery departments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer communications, and payment schedules in the company’s CRM system.
- Identify early warning signals of potential defaults and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with credit analysts to refine risk assessment criteria and improve future loan underwriting processes.
- Participate in regular training sessions on credit monitoring, negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Open to candidates with no prior work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum age of 18 years, with a maximum age limit of 65 years.
- Male candidates only, as per the current hiring policy.
- Understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong orientation toward meeting targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including effective negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Possession of an SPPI (Sertifikat Penjaminan Pinjaman Indonesia) card is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that spans Monday through Sunday, with core hours from 08:00 to 16:00.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, loan processing, debt collection, and interpersonal communication.
