Responsibilities
- Coordinate the entire distribution output, including demand planning for store orders, first‑time deliveries to new stores, daily replenishment, coordinated distribution runs, and store‑to‑store transfers.
- Manage reverse logistics for quality issues, ensuring that returned or defective goods are processed swiftly and accurately.
- Plan and execute prop‑shelf material distribution, tracking daily loss statistics, handling material transfers between stores, and overseeing quality problem tracking and resolution.
- Serve as the primary liaison between merchandising, sales, and warehouse teams to capture and communicate real‑time demand signals.
- Develop and adjust store activity plans, delegate product material responsibilities, and coordinate visual display notifications.
- Collaborate with the supply‑chain planning team to adjust demand forecasts and instruct warehouses on exact quantity allocations per store.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records in inventory management systems, generate daily and weekly performance reports, and propose process enhancements based on data analysis.
- Support the execution of promotional campaigns by ensuring that promotional stock is correctly allocated and displayed across the store network.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Diploma) or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1‑2 years of experience in store operations, distribution, or logistics, preferably within the retail or FMCG sector.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving abilities; able to mediate between multiple internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems.
- Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
