Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sales visits across the assigned territory, presenting Indibiz Telkom’s product portfolio to retail outlets, small businesses, and individual customers.
- Perform market surveys to identify new sales opportunities, assess competitor activity, and gather feedback on product performance.
- Collect and manage inventory of promotional materials, SIM cards, and device accessories, ensuring stock levels are maintained at each point of sale.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into loyal customers through effective persuasion and negotiation.
- Maintain accurate daily reports using the company’s CRM system, documenting visits, sales figures, and customer interactions.
- Provide first‑line technical support and product education to customers, helping them understand service plans, activation procedures, and value‑added features.
- Collaborate with regional managers and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, special offers, and product launches.
- Monitor and report any issues related to product quality, delivery, or service disruptions to ensure swift resolution.
- Uphold company standards for professionalism, punctuality, and personal presentation while representing the brand in the community.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications, consumer electronics, or related field work.
- Possession of a personal motorcycle and a valid SIM C license for reliable territory coverage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate product features, pricing structures, and service benefits.
- Basic computer literacy; comfortable using Microsoft Office, mobile apps, and CRM platforms.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Physical and mental stamina to work long hours, including weekends, in varying weather conditions.
