Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Operator Mesin Produksi dan Pemeliharaan to join our fast‑growing printing and manufacturing facility. The role is based in our main plant and offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, from 09:00 to 16:00. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of high‑performance printing and cutting machines, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring that every print job meets our strict quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor Mimaki SWJ, Mimaki UCJV, Mimaki CG/Cutting, Epson, and Allwin machines throughout each shift.
- Perform daily, light‑maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, and basic part replacement to keep equipment running at peak efficiency.
- Interpret work orders (SPK), select appropriate materials, and set machine parameters to achieve optimal print quality.
- Inspect printed output, identify defects, and decide whether a job is ready for delivery or requires re‑work.
- Maintain accurate production logs, record machine downtime, and report any technical issues to the maintenance supervisor.
- Collaborate with the design and pre‑press teams to ensure file preparation matches machine capabilities.
- Adhere to safety protocols, wear required personal protective equipment, and promote a clean work environment.
- Assist in training new operators on proper machine handling and standard operating procedures.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements, waste reduction, and cost‑saving initiatives.
Requirements
- Male candidates only, maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience operating large‑format printers and cutting machines.
- Own transportation and a valid SIM C driver’s license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and data entry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Technical knowledge of machine setup, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting for Mimaki, Epson, and Allwin equipment.
- Ability to read and understand work orders, material specifications, and quality standards.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate print results and control quality outcomes.
