Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Sales Officer – Mobile to join our dynamic team in Ujung Gading, Sumatera Barat. This role focuses on expanding our market reach by promoting company products to both existing and new customers, handling credit applications, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a strong sense of integrity, capable of building lasting relationships and driving revenue growth in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Actively present and sell the company’s product portfolio to existing clients and prospect new customers within the assigned territory.
  • Secure orders through channel distribution partners, gathering initial data, verifying information, and completing all required customer documentation and credit applications.
  • Monitor the progress of credit applications, maintain regular contact with dealers and customers, and promptly convey approval or rejection decisions.
  • Inform customers of payment due dates, designated payment locations, and any additional information necessary for smooth transaction completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and credit status using the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the finance and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any post‑sale issues.
  • Provide market feedback, identify emerging trends, and suggest product improvements or new service opportunities.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, share performance metrics, and contribute ideas for achieving team targets.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 in any field.
  • Age: Maximum 30 years.
  • Gender: Male.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in a similar sales or credit monitoring role; fresh graduates are welcome but a year of relevant experience is a strong plus.
  • Core Skills: Credit monitoring, credit processing, debt collection, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, negotiation, integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Logistics: Own vehicle and a valid active SIM A/C.
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with placement based on the candidate’s domicile.
