Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staf Dapur to join the dynamic kitchen team at Noni Wartabone & Tomulabotau. This role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. The successful candidate will work closely with chefs and service staff to ensure that every dish leaving the kitchen meets our stringent quality expectations while supporting smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Sanitation and Cleanliness: Thoroughly clean all dishes, work surfaces, cooking utensils, and storage areas in compliance with food safety regulations and company hygiene protocols.
- Ingredient Preparation: Wash, peel, slice, and portion raw ingredients, ensuring proper handling to preserve freshness and prevent cross‑contamination.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, labeling, storing, and rotating stock to maintain optimal inventory levels and reduce waste.
- Supply Monitoring: Track daily usage of key ingredients, report low stock items, and help coordinate timely re‑ordering with the procurement team.
- SOP Adherence: Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to food preparation, equipment operation, and safety guidelines.
- Customer Order Fulfillment: Prepare and assemble customer orders accurately and promptly, ensuring presentation aligns with brand standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with chefs, servers, and management to support peak service periods and special events.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest process enhancements, report any equipment issues, and participate in regular training sessions to stay current with industry best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food‑service environment.
