Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Operator Produksi Roti dan Kue Kering to join our dynamic bakery team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the art of baking, enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, and are eager to develop their skills in both traditional and modern pastry production. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily bakery operations, ensuring that every loaf of bread and every batch of cookies meets our high standards for taste, texture, and visual appeal.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare dough, batter, and other bakery mixes according to standardized recipes and quality guidelines.
  • Operate mixing machines, ovens, proofing cabinets, and other production equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor baking cycles, adjust temperatures and timing as needed, and perform visual and tactile checks to guarantee product consistency.
  • Package finished breads, pastries, and cookies for distribution, ensuring proper labeling and expiration tracking.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to strict hygiene and food‑safety regulations (HACCP, GMP).
  • Assist in inventory management by checking raw‑material levels, reporting shortages, and rotating stock to minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with the head baker and quality control team to develop new product variations and improve existing recipes.
  • Participate in routine equipment maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
  • Support the team during peak production periods, including overtime shifts that may coincide with evening meal times (if required).

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female (as specified by the employer).
  • Age: Maximum 25 years old.
  • No prior experience required; however, a genuine interest in baking and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Key personal traits: honesty, discipline, agility, and a strong work ethic.
  • Basic creativity in pastry decoration and flavor combination is a plus.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, work in a team, and communicate effectively.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting (up to 20 kg).
