Responsibilities
- Report to work on the designated shift for the first day of Idul Fitri (either 11:00‑17:00 or 16:00‑22:00) and adhere to the provided schedule.
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations that match their preferences.
- Execute sales transactions accurately, handle cash and electronic payments, and issue receipts in accordance with company policy.
- Promote featured products, special promotions, and bundle offers to maximize daily sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring that aisles remain free of hazards.
- Monitor inventory levels throughout the shift and report any discrepancies to the store manager.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to handle peak‑hour traffic efficiently, ensuring short wait times and high customer satisfaction.
- Participate in a brief pre‑shift training session to become familiar with product specifications, promotional pricing, and POS system procedures.
- Provide post‑sale support, including answering product questions, processing returns or exchanges, and following up on customer feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Female candidates, age 30 years or younger.
- No prior work experience is required, although experience in mobile accessory retail or general customer service is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to attend a short training program (typically 2‑3 days) before the event.
- Flexibility to work one of the two shift windows (11:00‑17:00 or 16:00‑22:00) on the first day of Idul Fitri.
- Commitment to maintaining store security, following loss‑prevention procedures, and keeping the sales floor tidy.
