Responsibilities
- Cashiering and Customer Reception: Greet customers, record orders, process payments, and issue receipts with accuracy and a courteous attitude.
- Machine Operation: Load, wash, dry, and fold garments using industrial‑grade washers and dryers, ensuring proper settings for different fabrics.
- Quality Control: Inspect cleaned items for stains or damage, re‑process when necessary, and guarantee that every piece meets our high cleanliness standards.
- Simple Reporting: Maintain daily logs of processed loads, cash transactions, and any equipment issues, submitting reports to the shift supervisor.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning of machines, report malfunctions promptly, and assist in minor troubleshooting.
- Shift Management: Work an 8‑hour shift (including occasional weekend coverage) while adhering to the schedule communicated by management.
- Customer Service: Respond politely to client inquiries, handle minor complaints, and provide information about service options and promotions.
- Inventory Support: Track cleaning supplies, detergents, and packaging materials, notifying the manager when stock levels run low.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged between 23 and 40 years.
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Ability to operate a smartphone for receiving orders and communicating with supervisors.
- No prior laundry experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Core personal attributes: honesty, discipline, politeness, and a strong work ethic.
- Basic numeracy for handling cash transactions and simple reporting.
- Physical ability to lift and move moderate loads of laundry safely.
- Willingness to work a fixed 8‑hour shift and adhere to punctuality standards.
