Introduction
Amartha, a leading micro‑finance platform dedicated to empowering low‑income households across Indonesia, is seeking dynamic individuals to join our field team as Partner Bisnis Area covering the regions of Bangkinang, Kampar, Kiri, and Salo. This role is the frontline of our mission: connecting new borrowers to Amartha’s inclusive financing programs, providing hands‑on economic support, and ensuring the health of our loan portfolio. Candidates will work directly in the community, travel between villages, and act as trusted advisors to both existing members and prospective clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential new borrowers, presenting Amartha’s lending solutions and encouraging enrollment in our programs.
- Conduct regular home‑visits to provide economic coaching, financial literacy, and ongoing support to member households.
- Perform on‑site surveys and feasibility analyses for loan applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies, risk criteria, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed recommendation reports and present them to the credit committee for approval.
- Facilitate weekly member meetings, monitor repayment behavior, and assist with transaction processing.
- Maintain accurate field records, update the CRM system, and report key performance metrics to regional supervisors.
- Collaborate with local partners, community leaders, and other Amartha teams to expand outreach and improve service delivery.
- Travel extensively across the assigned area using a personal two‑wheel vehicle, ensuring timely coverage of all target villages.
Requirements
- Age: maximum 28 years (the broader posting mentions up to 35 years; candidates must meet the stricter age limit for this position).
- Education: minimum high school (SMA/SMK) with a preference for candidates holding a bachelor’s degree (S1).
- Gender: open to all genders.
- Must own a reliable motorcycle or scooter for field travel.

- Strong analytical mindset for assessing creditworthiness and financial viability.
