Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused Penjual Toko Ritel (Female) to join our fast‑growing sports retail team in Bali. The position is based in our flagship store, a hub for skateboarding enthusiasts and a destination for quality sports apparel and equipment. As a front‑line sales associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience, driving sales, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for a diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, greeting them promptly and assessing their needs.
- Provide expert product knowledge on skateboarding gear, accessories, and related sports apparel, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring that product displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, process transactions, handle cash, and issue receipts while adhering to company policies.
- Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts, receiving shipments, and restocking shelves in a timely manner.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and follow up on after‑sales service to guarantee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the store manager and fellow team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in promotional events, product launches, and in‑store demonstrations that enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Continuously update personal knowledge of emerging skateboarding trends, new product lines, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of proven retail sales experience, preferably within the sports or skateboarding sector.
- Deep passion for and exceptional knowledge of skateboarding culture, equipment, and trends.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Positive attitude, high energy level, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency with store management systems and basic computer literacy.
- Availability to start immediately and work a schedule of Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Residency in Bali or willingness to relocate to the island.
