Responsibilities
- Promote and sell TVS motorcycle units through showroom visits, events, and online channels.
- Identify, qualify, and follow up on potential customers using lead generation tools and personal networks.
- Create simple yet compelling content for WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media to showcase product features, promotions, and customer testimonials.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers, local dealer networks, and motorcycle enthusiast communities.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging consumer preferences in the Lampung region.
- Prepare weekly sales reports, forecast future demand, and suggest strategic adjustments to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the marketing and after‑sales teams to ensure seamless customer experience from purchase to service.
- Maintain personal vehicle for on‑site visits, test rides, and community events.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in automotive or consumer durable sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to convey technical details in an easy‑to‑understand manner.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for promotional activities and lead generation.
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Ownership of a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- Open to both male and female candidates; age is not a limiting factor as long as the candidate is in a productive stage of their career.
