Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive service to customers, answering questions and assisting with product selections.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including regular sanitation of workstations, display cases, and dining areas.
- Support the kitchen team by preparing simple menu items, restocking ingredients, and ensuring food safety standards are met.
- Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and accurately record stock movements using our store management system.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle cash reconciliation at the end of each shift.
- Adhere to the shift schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and be flexible to cover additional hours as needed.
- Assist in visual merchandising, ensuring product displays are attractive and aligned with promotional guidelines.
- Report any maintenance or equipment issues promptly to the outlet manager.
- Participate in regular team briefings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; candidates of any gender may apply.
- Age: up to 30 years (flexible based on experience).
- No prior experience required, though previous retail or food‑service exposure is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a shift system, including weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Passion for cooking or food preparation and a keen eye for cleanliness.
- Ability to operate basic point‑of‑sale (POS) and inventory management software.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a team‑oriented mindset.
