Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and inspect incoming shoes and laundry items, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate industrial washing, drying, and polishing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine cleaning, stain removal, and odor‑elimination procedures according to company standards.
- Maintain a spotless work area, including floors, workstations, and storage racks, to uphold health and safety regulations.
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide status updates, and handle minor complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Track inventory of cleaning supplies, detergents, and replacement parts, reporting low stock levels to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members during peak periods, ensuring smooth hand‑overs between morning and night shifts.
- Adhere to shift schedules (morning or night) and promptly log attendance and task completion in the digital system.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new cleaning technologies, safety protocols, and customer service techniques.
- Support quality‑control checks by verifying that cleaned items meet the company’s visual and functional standards before delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 20‑25 years (flexible for both male and female candidates).
- Strong physical stamina to stand, lift, and move items for extended periods.
- Demonstrated honesty, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Neat, clean appearance with a professional demeanor.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including early mornings or late evenings.
- Genuine interest in the cleaning and laundry industry, especially shoe care.
- Basic communication skills; ability to speak clearly with customers and colleagues.
- Zero or minimal prior experience – we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
