Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for Ballbelle’s product portfolio, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including product development, sales, and creative services—to bring new products to market on schedule.
  • Design and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and influencer channels, optimizing performance through data‑driven decisions.
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Plan and execute promotional events, product demonstrations, and beauty workshops that enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, market share, and ROI, presenting regular reports to senior management.
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, negotiating with vendors and agencies to maximize impact while controlling costs.
  • Foster strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and beauty consultants to expand distribution channels.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a small marketing team, encouraging creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female candidates are preferred in accordance with company policy.
  • Experience: Prior experience in product marketing, preferably within the beauty or hair‑care sector, is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Core Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Honesty, responsibility, and a high degree of integrity.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Capability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Knowledge of beauty consultation and hair‑care services.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
