Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of espresso‑based beverages, pour‑overs, cold brews, and specialty drinks according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation, including regular cleaning of espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and offering recommendations based on taste preferences.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, ensuring timely restocking and accurate record‑keeping.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, adhering to cash handling policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours, including coordinating order flow and assisting with food preparation when needed.
- Participate in regular training sessions on coffee brewing techniques, new product launches, and food safety protocols.
- Uphold company standards for health, safety, and hygiene, complying with local regulations and internal policies.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 30 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Key Skills: Quick adaptability, strong communication, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for coffee culture.
- Personal Attributes: Discipline, reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends (Monday – Sunday) from 09:30 to 17:30.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg.
