Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide knowledgeable advice on furniture and electronic items.
- Demonstrate product features, explain financing options, and guide customers through the cash‑or‑credit purchase process.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by proactively upselling accessories, warranties, and service plans.
- Process transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale systems and handle cash, credit, and installment payments.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to store management when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with fellow sales associates, inventory staff, and the finance department to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Participate in regular product training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends in furniture design and consumer electronics.
- Prepare daily sales reports, track inventory movements, and assist with stocktaking activities.
- Adhere to store opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and security checks.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 28 years old (flexible for exceptional candidates).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior retail experience required; fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
