Responsibilities

- Serve meals and drinks promptly, adhering to presentation standards and dietary restrictions.
- Monitor table conditions, refill beverages, clear used dishes, and maintain a clean dining area.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and issue receipts with attention to detail.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining spaces for special events, banquets, or high‑traffic periods.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams to resolve guest issues swiftly and professionally.
- Perform routine inventory checks of tableware, condiments, and service supplies, reporting shortages to supervisors.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, service techniques, and brand standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
