This role is a front‑line position that combines community outreach, financial analysis, and customer relationship management. Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential new borrowers, encouraging them to participate in Amartha’s loan programs.
- Provide hands‑on economic counseling to household members, supporting financial literacy and sustainable income growth.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s policies, risk criteria, and procedural guidelines.
- Manage the full cycle of loan collection, including timely reminders, negotiation, and follow‑up with borrowers to maintain portfolio health.
- Maintain accurate field reports and data entry in the company’s CRM system, documenting client interactions, assessment results, and collection activities.
- Collaborate closely with the regional operations team to share market insights, identify emerging trends, and suggest improvements to product offerings.
- Represent Amartha at community events, local business gatherings, and training workshops to build brand awareness.
- Ensure personal safety and adherence to company protocols while working in the field daily.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age range: 18‑30 years (maximum 33 years for certain administrative purposes).
- Open to all genders; female candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for travel throughout the Klapanunggal area.
- Strong personal integrity: honesty, attention to detail, resilience, discipline, and effective communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the field every day, adhering to a Monday‑Friday schedule (08:00‑17:00).
- Either fresh graduates or candidates with prior field or sales experience are welcome.
- Basic digital literacy and the ability to use mobile applications for data collection and reporting.
