This full‑time position plays a critical role in safeguarding the company’s cash flow by ensuring that overdue accounts receivable are collected efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end collection processes for all overdue A/R accounts, ensuring timely recovery in line with company targets.
- Monitor credit portfolios daily, identify high‑risk accounts, and prioritize collection actions accordingly.
- Conduct outbound calls, send reminder letters, and arrange face‑to‑face meetings with delinquent borrowers.
- Negotiate repayment plans, settlements, or restructuring options while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Document all collection activities in the CRM system, providing accurate and up‑to‑date status reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting and risk assessment teams to share insights on borrower behavior and potential fraud indicators.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards, highlighting key metrics such as days past due, recovery rate, and outstanding balances.
- Support the development of proactive credit‑risk mitigation strategies by offering feedback on common delinquency trends.
- Adhere to the company’s ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality and treating borrowers with respect and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/S1 in any discipline; candidates with a high school (SMA/SMK) background are also considered if they demonstrate strong aptitude.
- Age: 29 years or younger.
- Gender: Male (as per current operational requirement).
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or a related financial‑services role; fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using credit management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Willingness to be placed at the Adira Finance office that matches the candidate’s domicile.
- Availability to work the scheduled hours: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
