Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve menu items accurately, adhering to Wingstop’s standard operating procedures and timing guidelines.
- Execute the Excellent Service program by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations, equipment, and dining areas to meet health and safety standards.
- Follow Food Safety and Operational procedures, including proper food handling, temperature checks, and sanitation protocols.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory checks, restocking supplies, and reporting any equipment issues to management.
- Participate in regular training sessions, team briefings, and performance evaluations.
- Uphold Wingstop’s brand standards, including uniform compliance and personal grooming.
- Adapt quickly to changing demands, working under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a diploma in hospitality is a plus.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in F&B, restaurant, or hospitality environments.
- Age: No maximum age limit; all candidates who meet the qualifications are welcome.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Physical & Mental Fitness: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast‑paced setting.
- Professional Appearance: Clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
