Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Koordinator Crew Outlet Penjualan to join our fast‑growing retail team. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our sales outlet, ensuring that the crew delivers exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, honest, and accountable, with a strong ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates across two daily shifts (morning and evening).
  • Develop and maintain weekly work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for peak hours.
  • Monitor store performance metrics, including sales volume, average transaction value, and inventory turnover.
  • Coordinate with the store manager on merchandising displays, stock replenishment, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct regular briefings to communicate sales targets, new product information, and operational procedures.
  • Handle cash management duties, including end‑of‑day reconciliation and safe deposits.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
  • Train new crew members on store policies, POS systems, and effective sales techniques.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on attendance, sales performance, and any operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the outlet.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female (per company policy).
  • Age: Up to 26 years old; must be single and not currently enrolled in higher education.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead by example.
  • Willingness to work a full 8‑hour shift, Monday through Saturday, with flexibility for both morning and night shifts.
  • Basic knowledge of store management systems and point‑of‑sale (POS) software.
  • Prior experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
