Responsibilities

  • Greet and qualify incoming walk‑in, phone, and online leads, ensuring each prospect receives a personalized and professional experience.
  • Conduct thorough needs‑analysis interviews, match customer requirements with the appropriate Nissan model, and present financing, warranty, and after‑sales packages.
  • Maintain a daily pipeline of prospects using the dealership’s CRM system, updating contact information, interaction notes, and sales stages accurately.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by closing deals, upselling accessories, and promoting service contracts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and share engaging social‑media content that drives traffic to the showroom and online inventory.
  • Organize and lead test‑drive events, showroom demonstrations, and community outreach activities that showcase Nissan’s latest technology and safety features.
  • Provide after‑sales support by coordinating with the service department, ensuring a smooth hand‑over of new owners to the service schedule.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity to offer informed recommendations to customers.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, market feedback, and customer satisfaction insights for management review.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 0‑2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in automotive or consumer‑goods sectors.
  • Strong command of Indonesian language; basic English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Valid motor vehicle license (SIM C) and a driver’s license (SIM A) with personal transportation (motorcycle) to attend field visits and test‑drive appointments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under target‑driven environments and meet or exceed quotas.
  • Proficiency with social‑media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and basic digital marketing concepts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and active‑listening skills.
  • High level of personal integrity, punctuality, and a customer‑first mindset.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend events.
