Responsibilities
- Plan, script, and host live streaming sessions on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, following the strategic direction set by senior management.
- Collaborate with the content creation team to develop fresh concepts, visual layouts, and interactive segments that highlight the unique benefits of each beauty product.
- Deliver on‑brand video appearances, reading prepared scripts, memorizing dialogue, and adapting to real‑time audience interaction while maintaining a polished and professional demeanor.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging beauty trends, community conversations, and competitor activities to identify new content opportunities and brand collaborations.
- Convert viewers into customers by effectively showcasing product features, demonstrating usage techniques, and responding to live questions with confidence.
- Track live‑stream metrics (viewer count, engagement rate, conversion rate) and provide post‑event reports that inform future campaigns.
- Assist video editors in the creation of short‑form product videos, offering feedback on pacing, messaging, and visual appeal to ensure consistency across all digital assets.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to brand guidelines during all on‑camera appearances.
- Participate in weekly brainstorming sessions to continuously improve content quality and audience reach.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (as per the specific branding strategy for this role).
- At least 1 year of experience in live social‑media broadcasting, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly and persuasively.
