Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and extending offers.
- Conduct initial and follow‑up interviews, utilizing behavioral and competency‑based techniques.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, preparing new‑hire documentation, facilitating orientation sessions, and ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
- Support training and development initiatives by scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and evaluating program effectiveness.
- Assist in the performance appraisal process, collecting feedback, preparing appraisal forms, and ensuring timely completion.
- Handle employee administration tasks such as maintaining personnel files, updating contract details, and processing payroll‑related information.
- Provide day‑to‑day HR support to staff, answering policy‑related inquiries and guiding employees on procedural matters.
- Collaborate with senior HR partners on policy revisions, employee engagement projects, and compliance audits.
- Uphold data privacy standards by safeguarding confidential employee information in both digital and physical formats.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or a closely related discipline.
- 1–3 years of practical experience in HR roles such as Recruitment, HR Generalist, or HR Administration.
- Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment & selection processes, training & development, performance appraisal, and employee administration.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in conducting interviews, analyzing employee data, and using psychological testing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
- High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 09:00 – 16:00.
