Introduction
The Transport Operations Assistant (Asisten Operasional Transportasi) plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods and personnel for our logistics network in the Cianjur region. Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily vehicle schedules, ensuring that trucks, vans, and support vehicles are deployed according to delivery priorities.
- Monitor fleet performance, track mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance needs to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and verify all transportation documentation, including delivery notes, driver logs, and customs paperwork when applicable.
- Assist drivers with route planning, loading procedures, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain clear communication between the operations office, warehouse staff, and external partners such as suppliers and customers.
- Support inventory control by reporting discrepancies between dispatched and received goods.
- Participate in regular safety briefings and contribute ideas for process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Residency within the Cianjur area or surrounding neighborhoods is preferred to ensure quick response times.
- Physical strength and stamina to handle loading, unloading, and occasional manual tasks.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with drivers, warehouse personnel, and management.
