Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Professional Mathematics Teacher to join our dynamic faculty. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to inspire senior‑level high school students (Class 12) and prepare them for the Tes Masuk Universitas (TIU) exam. Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the national curriculum and TIU requirements.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Evaluate student performance through quizzes, assignments, mid‑term and final examinations, providing constructive feedback.
- Conduct remedial and enrichment sessions to support both struggling and advanced learners.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary projects and promote a holistic learning environment.
- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum review committees, and school events such as science fairs and math Olympiads.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress in the school’s digital management system.
- Engage in regular professional development activities, including workshops, webinars, and peer‑observation sessions.
- Uphold the school’s standards of discipline, punctuality, and ethical conduct both inside and outside the classroom.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mathematics, Physics, Education, or a related pure science field; a Master’s degree (S2) is a strong advantage.
- Academic performance: GPA of at least 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
- Eligibility to teach Class 12 curriculum and TIU preparation material.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- High level of commitment, discipline, and reliability; must be able to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Passion for education and a willingness to upgrade teaching skills regularly through training and self‑study.
- Open to candidates of any gender.
- Proficiency in educational technology tools, such as learning management systems and virtual classroom platforms, is preferred.
