As a Business Partner, you will act as the face of the company in the local market, helping to expand our footprint while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to retail outlets, supermarkets, and small businesses to promote our product portfolio.
- Identify new sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipelines, and market feedback using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional events, product launches, and in‑store merchandising.
- Provide training and product knowledge support to retail staff, ensuring they can effectively communicate benefits to end‑customers.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to recommend adjustments to sales tactics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Uphold company standards of professionalism, ethics, and customer service in all interactions.
Requirements
- Male or female candidates, maximum age of 28 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
- Own a reliable motorcycle for daily travel to client locations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Basic analytical abilities to interpret sales data and market insights.
- Willingness to sign an initial 12‑month contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
