Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor – Human Resources to join our growing hospitality team. This pivotal role will oversee daily HR operations, ensuring that our workforce is engaged, compliant, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the recruitment life‑cycle, from job posting and candidate screening to interviewing and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to ensure accurate employee records, attendance, and payroll data.
- Administer employee benefits, leave management, and performance appraisal processes in accordance with company policy.
- Provide day‑to‑day guidance and support to line managers on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on topics such as workplace safety, customer service excellence, and hospitality standards.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Prepare regular HR reports and analytics to inform senior management of staffing trends, turnover rates, and employee satisfaction metrics.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting teamwork, recognizing achievements, and encouraging continuous improvement.
- Handle multiple HR initiatives simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Act as a liaison between hotel departments, ensuring that staffing levels align with operational demands from Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; further HR‑related training is a plus.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in an HR supervisory or similar role, preferably within the hotel or hospitality sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Demonstrated discipline, professionalism, and a positive attitude in all interactions.
- High motivation, initiative, agility, and a collaborative mindset; ability to work effectively within a team.
- Energetic personality with excellent multitasking capabilities and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Proficiency with HR management systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
