Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Promotor Penjualan Elektronik to join our expanding sales team covering the Jabodetabek region. This role focuses on promoting and selling Midea home‑appliance products—including air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, and more—to both retail outlets and end‑consumers. The successful candidate will be a persuasive communicator with a proven track record in home‑appliance sales, capable of driving revenue while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Actively sell and promote Midea electronic products (AC, kulkas, mesin cuci, dll.) to consumers and retail partners across the Jabodetabek area.
- Provide detailed product information and educational demonstrations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain clean, organized, and attractive product displays in stores and at promotional events.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company, employing strategic upselling and cross‑selling techniques.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly sales reports, highlighting key performance metrics and market insights.
- Conduct field canvassing to identify new prospects, schedule store visits, and expand the customer base.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with store managers, outlet owners, and end‑users to foster repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, in‑store events, and product launches.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to provide feedback for product positioning and pricing strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 35 years old.
- Gender: open to all candidates.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales of home‑appliance or consumer electronics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to articulate product benefits clearly.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Proficiency with basic sales tools, customer‑management software, and sales analysis techniques.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the Jabodetabek region; placement will be adjusted to the nearest location to the candidate’s residence.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
