As a Sales Promotor, you will become the face of the Indodana PayLater product, helping customers understand and confidently use this convenient financing option at partner stores.
Responsibilities
- Actively approach and engage store visitors to introduce the Indodana PayLater solution.
- Clearly explain the benefits, eligibility criteria, and step‑by‑step usage of PayLater to prospective users.
- Assist customers in completing their first PayLater transaction, ensuring a smooth and error‑free experience.
- Maintain a well‑stocked and visually appealing promotional display of PayLater materials at each point of sale.
- Collect and record daily sales data, customer feedback, and any obstacles encountered during the sales process.
- Collaborate closely with store managers and the PT Bermuda Communication sales team to align promotional activities with store traffic patterns.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the PayLater user base.
- Provide on‑site training or refresher sessions for store staff to ensure they can answer basic queries about the service.
- Report market trends, competitor activities, and consumer sentiment back to the regional sales supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age between 19 and 30 years.
- At least one (1) year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service; experience with financial products is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – ability to build rapport quickly and convey complex information in simple terms.
- Confident, self‑motivated, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Willingness to work on‑site at partner stores and travel within assigned territories as needed.
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using basic sales analysis tools to track performance.
