Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including journal entry preparation, ledger posting, and reconciliation of bank statements.
- Organize, file, and maintain both physical and electronic financial documents such as invoices, receipts, contracts, and tax filings.
- Prepare periodic financial reports, expense summaries, and cost‑analysis statements for internal review.
- Assist the senior accountant in month‑end and year‑end closing activities, ensuring all entries are accurate and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with external auditors by providing required documentation and responding to audit inquiries promptly.
- Support the procurement team by managing contract administration, tracking purchase orders, and verifying vendor invoices.
- Monitor and update the company’s cost accounting system, helping to calculate standard costs and variances.
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and adhere strictly to the company’s internal control policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline filing procedures and enhance data retrieval efficiency.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree in Accounting is highly preferred.
- Gender: Female candidates only, as stipulated by the hiring policy.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in bookkeeping, financial administration, or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Zahir, or similar), strong Microsoft Office skills—especially Excel.
- Core Competencies: Excellent attention to detail, high integrity, strong organizational abilities, and a trustworthy character.
- Location: Must reside in Denpasar or be willing to relocate.
