Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Perawat Profesional Spesialis Kesehatan to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a professional nurse specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality, compassionate care to a diverse patient population. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient treatment plans.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform routine medical procedures in accordance with established protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate multidisciplinary care.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, medication adherence, and post‑discharge care.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, perform basic life support, and assist in stabilizing critical patients.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, infection control programs, and regular audits to enhance service delivery.
- Assist in the orientation and mentorship of junior nursing staff and nursing students.
- Utilize basic computer skills to generate reports, schedule appointments, and manage inventory of medical supplies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or S1 in Nursing (Keperawatan).
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) license.
- Fundamental proficiency with computers and basic medical administration software.
- Strong interpersonal skills: disciplined, responsible, and genuinely caring toward patients.
- Ability to work flexible hours within the Monday‑Saturday schedule.
- High school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education is required as a baseline qualification.
