Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Promotor Penjualan Rokok to join our dynamic sales team in Cirebon. This role is pivotal in enhancing product visibility, driving direct sales, and supporting promotional events for one of the leading tobacco brands in Indonesia. The successful candidate will work closely with retail partners, manage point‑of‑sale materials, and ensure that our brand maintains a strong and consistent presence across all sales outlets.
Responsibilities
- Arrange and maintain the neatness of product displays in stores or designated sales areas, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels daily, report stock shortages, and coordinate with the logistics team to guarantee product availability.
- Conduct direct selling activities, engaging with store staff and customers to promote product features and boost sales.
- Execute sales and marketing programs, including in‑store promotions, discount campaigns, and seasonal offers.
- Install and service promotional tools such as signage, banners, and branded equipment (POSM) to maximize brand impact.
- Assist in the planning and execution of brand events, roadshows, and other promotional activities, ensuring smooth operation and optimal audience engagement.
- Identify and report new opportunities for POSM placement or additional promotional initiatives based on market conditions and store layouts.
- Prepare timely reports on sales performance, stock status, and promotional effectiveness for management review.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies while representing the brand in the field.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only; age not exceeding 35 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales promotion, retail merchandising, or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license and personal motor vehicle for commuting to multiple store locations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with store owners and staff.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining clean and attractive product displays.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet weekly sales targets.
- Basic proficiency with mobile reporting tools and familiarity with Excel for inventory tracking.
- Positive attitude, high energy level, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
