Responsibilities
- Promote BCA Finance’s product portfolio—including loans, credit facilities, and savings solutions—to individuals and small‑medium enterprises.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by expanding the company’s network of partners, agents, and referral sources.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and perform thorough credit‑worthiness analyses to evaluate consumer eligibility.
- Collaborate with internal sales and underwriting teams to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare detailed reports on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic decision‑making.
- Attend community events, trade fairs, and networking sessions to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Ensure compliance with BCA Finance policies, the Personal Data Protection Act (UU No. 27/2022), and all relevant regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or S1 (bachelor’s) in any field; graduates with a GPA of at least 2.50 are preferred.
- No strict age limit; candidates of all ages are welcome.
- Open to all gender identities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Valid Indonesian driving licence (SIM C) and personal motorcycle for travel across the Pontianak area.
- Residency in Pontianak or surrounding districts is required.
- Willingness to work Monday‑Friday, 08:30 – 17:30, with occasional weekend or evening events as needed.
