Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Relationship Officer for its Purwokerto branch in Central Java. This position plays a critical role in expanding our vehicle financing portfolio by engaging directly with customers, managing distribution channels, and conducting thorough consumer surveys. Responsibilities
- Promote and market vehicle financing products both face‑to‑face and via telephone outreach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, brokers, and other distribution partners to maximize loan origination.
- Conduct detailed consumer surveys to understand financing needs, creditworthiness, and satisfaction levels.
- Prepare and present tailored financing proposals that align with the company’s risk policies and profitability targets.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against set targets, providing regular reports to branch management.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
- Attend industry events, dealer meetings, and training sessions to stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, reinforcing Adira Finance’s commitment to service excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors accepted).
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Open to fresh graduates, though at least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of multi‑finance business processes and a target‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with proven negotiation skills.
- High integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in sales management, customer relationship management, and meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to work at the Adira Finance branch that corresponds to the candidate’s domicile.
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
