Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, cookware, work surfaces, and storage areas in strict accordance with food safety regulations.
- Wash, peel, chop, and prepare raw ingredients for daily menu items, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Store and organize inventory of raw materials, labeling items correctly and rotating stock to minimize waste.
- Assist the kitchen supervisor in monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
- Follow the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for hygiene, equipment handling, and emergency protocols.
- Support the kitchen team during peak service periods by performing quick prep tasks and maintaining an orderly workspace.
- Participate in routine deep‑cleaning schedules, including floor scrubbing, vent cleaning, and equipment maintenance checks.
- Adhere to safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques, use of personal protective equipment, and safe handling of knives and hot surfaces.
- Communicate effectively with fellow crew members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- No age limit; applicants of any age are welcome.
- Open to all genders.
- Zero to two years of experience in a kitchen or food‑service environment; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Demonstrated ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
- Strong customer service mindset and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality‑control practices.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, with shifts from 08:00 to 22:00.
