Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Agen Penagihan Kunjungan to join our growing team in Palembang. As a field representative for Indihome, you will play a crucial role in strengthening customer relationships, ensuring timely payment of services, and promoting the benefits of our broadband and TV packages. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will interact directly with customers, develop strong communication skills, and gain valuable experience in the telecommunications sector.

Responsibilities

  • Receive monthly customer lists from the central team (CTB) and plan efficient visitation routes.
  • Register each assigned customer in the My Vista mobile application, updating contact details and visit status.
  • Conduct on‑site visits to customer locations, presenting a professional and courteous image of the company.
  • Explain Indihome service usage, billing cycles, and payment options clearly and patiently.
  • Collect outstanding payments, process receipts, and record transactions accurately in the system.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional Indihome products such as higher‑speed packages or premium TV channels.
  • Provide customers with troubleshooting guidance for basic service issues and direct complex cases to the support center.
  • Attend regular training sessions and product briefings to stay up‑to‑date with the latest service features.
  • Submit daily activity reports, including visited customers, payment collected, and any follow‑up actions required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized appearance of your service vehicle and ensure all required documentation is readily available.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal and public communication skills; ability to convey technical information in simple terms.
  • Proficiency in using Android smartphones or similar devices for data entry and navigation.
  • Own a reliable motorbike and possess a valid SIM C license.
  • Attention to detail, honesty, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to daily schedules (08:00 – 17:00).
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and occasional overtime during peak billing periods.
